betatext heißt das Tool und ist sowas wie die grüne Antwort auf Liquid Feedback, womit die Piraten seit einiger Zeit die Demokratie verflüssigen. Entwickelt wurde betatext als add-on für das Content Management System typo3 von der Agentur wegewerk im Auftrag der grünen Bundestagsfraktion. Die Grünen machen Ernst mit Open Source und stellen das tool online zum Download und zur Weiterentwicklung. Die Lizenz-Anmerkung kombiniert (c) und GPL.

Dabei lese ich die GPL als Konkretisierung des mittels (c) markierten Urheberrechts:
